At Access, we’re grounded in the discipline of earning attention through effective storytelling, and to help positively impact every life we encounter on behalf of our clients. Severine and Christine each bring critical skills that will enhance the new ways we can bring that value to clients as part of our integrated communications practices –  designing consumer and B2B campaigns deeply rooted in research of target audiences, strategic thinking and market dynamics, as well as developing social media strategy and custom branded content to ultimately guarantee our support is driving measurable business impact for our clients.

“When it comes to smart, savvy and seasoned specialists, Ms. Licodia and Ms. Shean are among the best,” says Access President Matt Afflixio. “It’s a competitive market, and like fine wine making, you want first rate ingredients to create a valued product for all to consume.  As we super charge our capabilities in digital and planning, we will continue to offer existing and prospective clients a full menu of top talent to help access the markets and customers they serve.”

Severine joins Access as a strategic lead and partner across all clients’ businesses. In this role, she’ll ensure that all client work is grounded in sound strategic and insightful thinking. With 20 years of experience, Severine is a seasoned strategist who has worked across industries ranging from CPG to travel, telecom, mom & youth products, financial services, wellness and healthcare – across both consumer and corporate audiences. Her prior client roster includes Lysol, Airwick, Frontline, Transitions Lenses, United Healthcare, Harvoni, Vonage, and Virgin Atlantic.

With nearly 14 years of experience in digital and content production, Christine will lead the agency’s digital practice. She has previously worked on digital campaigns for brands such as Nike, PepsiCo, Frito-Lay, Pernod-Ricard, Victoria’s Secret, JPMorgan Chase, Walmart, and 7-Eleven, among many others. From television/pre-roll commercials to social media content and website builds to banner development, Christine enjoys the challenge of creatively connecting brands and consumers.

Severine and Christine will both join Access’ New York City office.
