Measurement Frequency
Measuring frequently is important so we can tailor future campaigns against what is working and what is not. At a minimum we recommend measuring quarterly to track progress, assess success of specific tactics and make any needed adjustments to ongoing strategy based on those results. This allows enough time to provide a clear picture of patterns and trends but is frequent enough that strategy can remain nimble. Continued competitive measurement and industry monitoring is also key to keeping strategy current and effective. Typically, we supplement broader program measurement with measurement for individual campaigns as well as weekly monitoring reports to provide a clear picture of results, competitive activity and industry trends for your internal stakeholders in near real time.
